Zara Phillips Horse riding in Centennial Park is fit for royalty!

Horse riding in Centennial Parklands has been called a hidden gem, but has it now become a hidden crown jewel?

Recently we had a brush with royalty, with the Centennial Parklands Equestrian Centre playing host to Zara Phillips MBE. Ms Phillips, the second-eldest grandchild of Queen Elizabeth II, also has a lifelong love of horses and was a Silver Medalist for team eventing at the 2012 London Olympics.

Ms Phillips was in Australia to promote and champion her role as Patron of Magic Millions Racing Women for 2014-2018, however took some time out to conduct an hour-long riding clinic with five very lucky little girls who won the experience at a recent cancer charity auction for The Children’s Cancer Institute.

We would like to thank Ms Phillips for her time and dedication to supporting this charitable cause and visiting Centennial Parklands.
